1. Data we process

KAVACH processes endpoint telemetry (process, network, DNS, registry and authentication events) strictly to deliver threat detection and response.

2. Local sovereignty

Telemetry, event logs and incident databases remain stored on your internal systems. We do not sell or share this data.

3. AI processing

Before any context is sent to an AI provider, credentials, bearer tokens, API keys and personal identifiers are redacted in memory.

4. Retention & audit

Audit records are retained per your configured policy and are immutable. Administrators control retention periods.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data associated with your account by contacting our Data Protection Officer at kavachcybertech@gmail.com.
